Follow us on Face Book to see all the missions that are in need of support. www.facebook.com/umatter2. 2024 Many missions involve donating furniture and essential items to homeless Veterans moving into their new home.
Food is a continuous need for several Veterans and 1st Responders,
Sponsor a Veteran 1st Responder by helping pay for car parts, Bus tickets, Etc.
Help with funds to acquire medical items as needed.

U Matter 2 Inc. is a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Organization. We are dedicated to serving Veterans and 1st Responders in and around the surrounding areas. We are regular civilians, Veterans and 1st Responders trying to make a difference one Veteran at a time.
We cannot do this without your help. Every year we host an event called “U Matter 2.” These fundraisers allows us to raise money to serve our local Veterans and 1st Responders in need.
Funds we raised were used for the following missions:
- Acquiring and delivering food and essentials to Veterans in need.
- Assisting Veterans with finding homes, employment, and further resources available.
- Assisted with fuel, rent, utilities, storage, and security deposit needs.
- Help with parts and repairs to Veterans vehicles to travel back and forth to work.
- On Veterans Day, we offered fuel to veterans with the assistance of Family Express.
- Assisting Veterans moving from homeless to homes with furniture, linens, and other household items.
- Provide the items for a Thanksgiving meal to 20 Veterans and their families.
- Provide Christmas for Veterans in the nursing home. They received handmade lap quilts and more.
- Launched Operation Sight. Which assists with emergency glasses and appointments.
All of these missions would not be possible if it wasn’t for the generosity of our sponsors. Our mission is simple: To serve One Veteran or 1st Responder at a time and to show them they are not alone or forgotten. We understand the sacrifices they made to defend our freedom, and now, it’s our turn to pay it forward.
